The North Carolina Art Education Association’s annual statewide Professional Development Conference is November 5-8, 2015 in Asheville, NC.  We hope you are planning to join us.  Please follow the link below to our online registration site. The home page has an abundance of information for both attending vendors and those wishing to provide services without attending.

We hope that we can provide many opportunities to help you promote your business at our conference. You can register for one or more booth spaces, you can provide materials in our conference bags, you may send materials for an unmanned table and also you may purchase ad space in our program booklet.  Allare conveniently provided on this one registration site.  Plus, you can also let us know if you wish to provide door prizes, silent auction items or supplies for the raffle tub.

There will be ample acknowledgement of your support for the organization in our brochures and email notification to our members.  Contact will be made later to get animage of your logo for  ads, provide you with more exhibition service options and to give you a shipping address.  Those that register for  “stuffing” materials for the conference bag will also be sent address information on where you may send your shipments anytime.
