The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is partnering with Meredith College, the NC Arts Education Leadership Coalition, and the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources to host the first ever “ArtsR4Life” professional development conference for NC K-12 Arts Educators in Dance, Music, Theatre Arts, and Visual Arts. 

This is an opportunity for arts educators to develop personalized learning experiences and have cross-sector learning and collaboration around the 4R’s”

• Rekindle your artistic spirit by participating in hands-on arts experiences
• Reflect on the profession through deepening your understanding of the standards to support student learning and growth
• Reconnect with colleagues and professional organizations
• Renew your body and mind through expressive, contemplative, and rejuvenating experiences designed to promote your well-being

Registration includes morning refreshments, lunch, and access to all sessions and materials.  Lunch is buffet style in the Meredith College dining hall so participants can customize their choices to fit their dietary needs.

Register and create your Personalized Learning Plan here.   Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice for payment of the registration fee ($35.00).  NCDPI must receive payment by Friday, August 28, 2015.
